At Moomara, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your Baddie Tumbler! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to report damaged or wrong items for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return for damaged or wrong items, your tumbler must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned with proof of purchase (your order number).

Due to the nature of drinkware and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for tumblers that have been used unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Send an email to moomara.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:
    • Your full name
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for your return (e.g., “damaged upon arrival,” “wrong item received”)
    • For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with specific instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back until you receive these instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • For Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If your item arrived damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong product, Moomara will cover the return shipping costs or provide alternative solutions (such as a replacement or refund without return, depending on the situation).

4. Refunds

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • If Rejected: If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, not in original packaging), we will notify you of the rejection and explain the reason.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues can occur during transit.

  • If your tumbler arrives damaged, is defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery if possible) with photos or video evidence.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement, offering a full refund, or providing store credit, without requiring a return in some cases (especially if the return shipping cost outweighs the product value for items).
